B&B uses an advanced laser scanning arm to measure your final product to .0005 accuracy.

As part of B&B Manufacturing’s continuous strive for excellence, the management of B&B Manufacturing has just introduced laser inspection. This new system allows B&B manufacturing to design a part in Solidworks, manufacture the part in B&B’s state of the art manufacturing facility, and then laser scan the final product to ensure all dimensions meet the tolerances specified.

The laser scanning has the ability to scan dimensions down to less than .001 of an inch and does not need to touch the object in anyway.

Our new state of the art inspection room gives B&B manufacturing the ability to have confidence in every final product that is shipped and can also supply the customer with the laser scanned documentation. Giving the customer confidence that what hits their dock will fit their application before the product even arrives!
